Whistleblowing Channel

Within the framework of the entry into force of the EU Directive on the protection of whistleblowers, and its transposition into Spanish law through Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, El Sol Grupo Inmobiliario makes a reporting system available to all its employees, external self-employed collaborators and suppliers.

The purpose of the reporting system is to offer the possibility of reporting infringements or well-founded and evident indications of crimes, illegal business practices and other serious irregular conduct. Regardless of whether the report is anonymous or not, the Management and compliance team of El Sol Grupo shall ensure that no one is discriminated against, sanctioned or harmed, under any circumstances, because of their report.

Regardless of whether a whistleblower decides to remain anonymous or provide their name or email address, reports and any additional communications related to them shall, of course, be treated with complete confidentiality. This includes both the identity of the whistleblower and the content of all communications following the report.

What matters can be reported through the reporting system?

Well-founded and evident suspicions related to infringements, crimes, illegal business practices and other serious irregular conduct may be reported. By way of example, reports may include infringements related to the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, Data Protection infringements, infringements related to unlawful business practices such as bribery, conflicts of interest, etc., among others.
